📋 Description

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the team responsible for the management and optimization of key corporate applications. • Responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. • Ensure appropriate project deadlines and performance standards are developed and maintained. • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, share updates, and address challenges. • Promote professional development opportunities for team members. • Manage team performance through regular evaluations and feedback, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Oversee the team that administers, configures, and optimizes ServiceNow, Kofax, SharePoint, and other corporate applications. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify application requirements and implement solutions that enhance functionality and user experience. • Ensure applications are maintained according to best practices and comply with security and data governance policies. • Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. • Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects related to application development, upgrades, and integrations. • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery. • Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders, addressing any issues or risks proactively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology solutions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners related to corporate applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT management • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multi-task • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
