📋 Description

• Configure new group setup in all applicable eligibility services technology platforms • Process changes, renewals, and open enrollment in eligibility technology platforms • Perform day-to-day eligibility operations and maintenance • Review eligibility audit reports and process member updates as required • Respond to internal and external questions and requests • Provide client training and technical support on Allied’s web-based enrollment platform • Conduct quality assurance testing • Implement quality protocols and audits to ensure data integrity • Troubleshoot and escalate issues with internal and external partners • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • 1–3 years of prior benefits administration experience, with a strong focus on benefits administration technology • Word proficiency • Intermediate Excel proficiency • Intermediate or better Access proficiency • Basic communication skills; excellent written and verbal communication • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps upload • Ability to perform extended sitting and computer work
