📋 Description

• Create and maintain PMO reports, including scheduling, budget, and risk reports, and update Power BI dashboards • Aggregate data from multiple sources to create complex evaluations and improvements • Act as a subject matter expert for key systems and processes and provide knowledge transfer to teams • Collaborate with personnel from other departments to execute project implementation and process improvements • Review information accuracy and respond to management, client, and project team requests • Adjust project schedules based on team input and rectify schedule slippage or other program-related issues • Provide informal help and training to coworkers • Apply standard principles, techniques, procedures, and practices to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Data analytics experience to create risk evaluation, scheduling, and budget reports • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Advanced Excel file extraction • Experience with Smartsheet and Power BI or other data analytics dashboards • Experience in D365 or other ERP system desired • Experience in Corrigo or other facilities management CMMS software is beneficial • Advanced written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present information with ease • Ability to apply existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality • Advanced math skills • Ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
