📋 Description

• Conduct intermediate to advanced analysis of Epic application design and system workflows • Independently manage assigned projects and work efforts, ensuring timely delivery • Lead requirements gathering and facilitate design sessions with stakeholders • Analyze and translate business needs into system solutions with minimal supervision • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge resources for supported Epic and integrated third-party applications • Develop working knowledge of assigned Epic modules and related development and maintenance tools • Apply in-depth knowledge within specific Epic module areas • Use understanding of how assigned Epic modules integrate with other Epic systems across the organization • Assist with implementation of new Epic modules and system enhancements • Serve as a resource for Epic application and system support and provide guidance to team members • Mentor analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing • Serve as a liaison across Epic modules, teams, and stakeholders • Interact with internal and external customers and stakeholders • Apply independent judgment and escalate issues as appropriate • Identify opportunities for system improvements and support optimization efforts • Adhere to application change management processes, including communication, documentation, and post-change support • Track work effort and communicate project and task status • Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree • Minimum of 4 years of related experience • Obtains and maintains a minimum of 3 vendor and/or industry certifications/proficiencies as determined by management following a primary Epic support application proficiency path • Must maintain a certification/proficiency in applicable Epic module(s) • Must be a self-initiated team player able to work under little supervision • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in a team setting • Flexibility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and understand bimodal work principles • Flexibility beyond standard hours, including participation in an after-hours on-call rotation and occasional travel
