• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for JD Edwards ERP solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to identify business requirements and create detailed specifications • Provide functional expertise for JDE Finance and Distribution modules • Configure and optimize JDE systems according to best practices and business requirements • Support JDE integration with other enterprise systems and ensure smooth cross-departmental data flow • Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement JDE solutions • Create functional designs, test cases, and documentation for new functionality and enhancements • Oversee user acceptance testing, successful deployment, and post-implementation support • Serve as the primary point of contact for business users regarding JDE functionality • Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to business users • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience • Stay current with JDE updates and industry trends and recommend system upgrades or enhancements
• U.S. Citizenship is required • Candidates requiring employment authorization through an EAD, visa, or other non-citizen work authorization are not eligible for consideration • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred • Relevant certifications in JDE or business analysis are a plus • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on JDE • Strong functional knowledge of JDE Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Management • Strong functional knowledge of Distribution modules, including Sales Order, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management • Proven experience with full-cycle JDE implementations and upgrades • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with a deep understanding of business processes and IT integration • Strong knowledge of JD Edwards ERP systems and modules • Experience in JDE configuration, testing, and deployment • JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) experience • Familiarity with JD Edwards Form Design Workbench (FDW), Table Workbench (TWB), and UBEs (Universal Batch Engines) • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other reporting tools • Experience in ReportsNow is highly desired • SQL query writing skills and knowledge of EnterpriseOne tables • Ability to support EnterpriseOne security, UDOs, and E1 configurations • Expertise, or at a minimum exposure to, JDE Orchestrator and mobile applications • Ability to travel approximately 15% within the continental U.S. and Canada
