📋 Description

• Manage high-level internal and external relationships, organ transplants, and department escalations • Resolve department escalations by collaborating with internal departments and vendors • Represent the department in cross-functional team meetings and provide strategic insights • Mentor and collaborate with the Associate Liaison • Lead vendor relationships and process improvements • Provide expert support for organ transplant claims and contracts • Document complex systems, processes, procedures, workflows, and enhancements • Serve as transplant claim and contract subject matter expert with Claims Team and transplant vendors • Ensure transplant claims are priced and paid correctly • Perform training for internal staff, external clients, and vendors as needed • Back up the Case Management Supervisor • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, preferred • 3 or more years of related experience in healthcare/health insurance • Transplant coordinator experience is a plus but not required • Comfortable with advanced medical terminology • Organ transplant specialization • Significant experience in contract negotiation • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills • Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Ability to work with cable broadband or fiber internet service with at least 100Mbps download and 25Mbps upload
