📋 Description

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources • Offer Allstate products that meet customers’ needs • Help customers prepare for life’s uncertainties and protect their families and assets • Educate prospective customers on insurance protection • Provide a positive customer experience • Grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in the local community

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of selling Property and Casualty Insurance required • Prior Allstate experience preferred • Multilingual candidates preferred • Proven experience in soliciting and prospecting new clients • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Insurance license currently held or willingness to obtain an insurance license prior to hire • Ability to work with weekly/monthly sales goals • Ability to perform outbound calling, including cold calls to potential customers
