📋 Description

• Resolve intercompany claim disputes through arbitration and negotiation • Review claim files and analyze liability and damages • Prepare persuasive arbitration submissions • Represent the company's position in arbitration forums • Investigate advanced auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when handled • Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Apply knowledge of insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships • Support recovery and expense management objectives • Collaborate with experienced professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Applicants who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants seeking an adjuster role who hold a resident producer license must surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Strong analytical thinking • Attention to detail • Effective communication and negotiation of complex claim matters • Claims expertise, including subrogation and arbitration claims investigation • Knowledge of advanced auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when applicable • Insurance claims, arbitration, and written communication skills • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
