📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex specialty claims involving commercial casualty losses • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Conduct detailed investigations and negotiate claim settlements within authority limits • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling for complex cases • Apply advanced understanding of company and industry insurance policies • Handle complex auto claim investigations involving coverage, liability, and damages with discretion and independence • Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when applicable • Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Mentor junior employees • Collaborate with internal and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling commercial casualty claims, attorney-represented files, and/or auto bodily injury claims • Ability to manage complex exposures and collaborate with internal and external partners • Experience with commercial casualty claims handling • Experience with attorney-represented bodily injury claims • Experience with auto liability and injury claim investigations • Experience conducting complex coverage, liability, and damage assessments • Experience negotiating moderate to complex injury claim settlements • Subrogation and fraud identification experience preferred • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
