📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limits of authority • Handle advanced auto claims investigations independently, including coverage, liability, and damages • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims, if handled • Identify vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Apply increased experience at the Adjuster II level or rotate into specialty positions such as Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, or Extended Handler • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced understanding of insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships • Experience handling advanced auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims, if handled • Ability to recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Customer service skills • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants seeking an adjuster role who hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
