📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limit of authority • Take full ownership of claims from start to finish • Partner with fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify and address customer needs using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply an intermediate understanding of company and industry insurance policies • Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation • Exercise discretion and independence within an increased level of authority

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service and multitasking skills • Ability to take full ownership of claims from start to finish • Organized, proactive, and highly communicative in a remote environment • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment • Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry practices • Knowledge of vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Ability to investigate coverage, damages, and subrogation aspects of auto claims • Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions • Appropriate desk and seating for working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
