📋 Description
• Creating or auditing a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims • Training, mentoring, controlling quality and providing technical assistance on material damage claims • Negotiating settlements and documenting all activities in complex files across multiple lines • Evaluating settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
🎯 Requirements
• Strong estimating fundamentals in order to create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities • Deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company • Hands-on experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software • Proven negotiation skills • Strong time management skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Commitment to delivering a customer-focused experience.
