📋 Description
• Create or audit estimates for material damage claims. • Train and mentor on material damage claims. • Negotiate settlements and make documentation for complex files. • Evaluate regulatory compliance and claims practices. • Build relationships with internal and external customers.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong estimating fundamentals for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims. • Hands-on experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software. • Proven negotiation skills. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Strong commitment to delivering a positive, customer-focused experience. • Authorization to work in the United States.
