📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm the facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, damages, and adjust or negotiate claims within authority limits • Conduct detailed claim investigations and evaluate claim exposures • Negotiate settlements within authority limits • Provide customer service throughout the claims process • Handle all aspects of advanced auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages, with discretion and independence • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when applicable • Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Apply advanced insurance-policy and industry knowledge • Work independently with a diverse caseload • This job does not have supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling auto liability claims • Experience with coverage, liability, and damage investigations • Experience negotiating claim settlements • Experience with subrogation and fraud identification • Auto bodily injury claims experience preferred • Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills • Experience in specialty claim areas such as Coverage, Total Loss, Investigations, or Extended Handler preferred • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Ability to investigate advanced automobile accidents and determine coverage, liability, and damages • Ability to negotiate claims within authority limits
