📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, damages, and adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits • Handle all aspects of advanced auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages, with discretion and independence • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when applicable • Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Apply increased experience at the Adjuster II level or through specialty rotations such as Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, or Extended Handler • Manage complex claims for Georgia and/or Florida and contribute to strong claim outcomes and team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned adjuster experience handling advanced automobile accident claims • Advanced understanding of insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships • Experience investigating coverage, liability, and damages for advanced auto claims • Experience reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating basic to moderate injury claims, if handled • Knowledge of vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Customer service skills • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential • Authorization to work in the United States • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Work visa sponsorship is not provided
