📋 Description

• Travel across the country to assess vehicle damage and support customers during times of crisis • Review policy coverage, investigate claims, and document your findings • Prepare or validate repair estimates using industry-leading tools • Negotiate and settle claims with empathy and efficiency • Capture detailed notes, decisions, and supporting documentation in the claims system • Balance your time between virtual assignments and in-person inspections (70% field, 30% virtual)

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of claims or auto damage experience (preferred) • Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC or Mitchell • Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, including paintless dent repair • Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment • A minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5MB up is required for home-based employees.
