📋 Description

• Serve as the advocate on claims digital capabilities and change for agents and agency staff via chat • Identify and refer issues to the appropriate areas for root cause analysis and resolution • Interface with agents and agency staff on chat platform to address questions and concerns about Claims • Function as a resource for claims offices and staff on general claim matters involving agents • Act as a knowledgeable resource on claims strategic priorities and trusted advisor strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of claims experience preferred • Experience in claims operations or insurance with adjuster mindset • Strong understanding of digital claims tools and platforms • Excellent communication skills, especially in virtual/chat environments • Ability to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor to agents • Experience supporting agency staff or field operations.
