📋 Description

• Investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury • Assess coverage, liability, and damages • Provide customer service through voice calls, email, text messages, and sometimes video chat • Negotiate fair injury settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants • Conduct liability investigations and make ultimate liability decisions • Identify injured parties beyond those listed at First Notice of Loss • Recognize impactful risk potential on claim files • Support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process • Provide feedback on the Auto process • Collaborate with Casualty Adjusters throughout the claims process • Review damage and interpret policies to determine coverage • Use estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms • Maintain timely and accurate claim documentation in the claims system • Protect the company financially by executing policies according to policy agreements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of claims experience, specifically Casualty Bodily Injury claims • Claims investigation and negotiation experience preferred • Experience with liability investigations, coverage investigation, PD coverage, set MOI, rental, and resolving liability is a plus • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Must live in the United States within one of the listed time zones • Not available to residents of California, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico • Dedicated private workspace free from distractions • Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB download/5 MB upload • Appropriate work surface and seating • Must submit to a background investigation • May be required to obtain an adjuster and/or appraiser license within 60 days of hire if applicable • Regular, predictable attendance is required • Employees must engage and participate on camera during online meetings and trainings
