📋 Description

• Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles with property damage and/or bodily injury and attorney/litigation involvement • Assess coverage, liability, and damages • Provide customer service throughout the claims process • Communicate with customers and attorneys through voice calls, email, and text messages • Use innovative platforms and tools to evaluate claims • Negotiate fair injury settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants • Review damage details and interpret policies to determine coverage • Use customer-preferred communication methods and provide claim progress updates • Apply legal and business-standard methodologies when evaluating and negotiating settlements • Handle challenging and complex negotiations • Use estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms • Complete timely and accurate claim documentation in the claims system • Protect the company financially by executing policies according to policy agreements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Florida Represented 3rd party Bodily Injury claim handling experience • Experience managing severe, complex, and litigated Bodily Injury claims • Knowledge of Florida tort reform • Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License (Property & Casualty) • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for claims evaluation • Dedicated, private home office workspace free from distractions • Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up • Appropriate work surface and seating • Background investigation required • Must be located in the United States • Active insurance license holders must terminate existing appointments and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Individuals with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas
