📋 Description

• Evaluate and install consistent processes, ceremonies, and artifacts across Insurance Product teams • Establish product-mindset processes using Agile, Scrum, or other lifecycle management frameworks • Facilitate and coach teams while installing processes through leadership and influence • Drive process adoption across portfolios and engage stakeholders in change management plans • Maintain process documentation and standards, evolving operational excellence practices • Participate in Product Lifecycle discussions and memorialize process needs • Drive delivery lifecycle practices, including risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution • Independently manage high-complexity projects • Apply systems thinking to understand impacts across processes and teams • Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and simplification • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and refine direction • Build relationships across partners • Support operating routines by connecting processes to business outcomes, risks, and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other lifecycle management frameworks • Knowledge of change management, continual improvement, data compilation, insurance, insurance analysis, insurance management, insurance underwriting, strategic planning, strategic thinking, and trend analysis • Must submit to a background investigation • Generally must not require employment-based visa sponsorship • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Valid Photo Identification available at the start of a virtual interview (not required for internal candidates)
