📋 Description

• Develop and formulate solutions to client problems on assigned projects • Create work plans and task definitions under general direction • Apply in-depth ICT infrastructure knowledge to survey, design, development, and construction administration projects • Design and consult on data centers, structured cabling systems, campus/WAN networks, passive optical networks, and outside plant • Perform ICT design and consulting duties as part of an expert consultant team • Gather and correlate engineering data using established procedures • Complete detailed and routine design and consulting assignments • Propose solutions to new and complex problems • Provide guidance to internal mid-level consultants and production staff • Perform work within agreed budgets and schedules with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited college/university plus 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Current BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification • U.S. citizenship required • Potential/desire to obtain a security clearance required • 5 years of design experience with ICT infrastructure • Professional experience and/or proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Visio Professional, Bluebeam Extreme (Revu), Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 Suite, and other ICT-specific programs • Professional experience and/or proficiency with permitting, state and local ordinances, IEEE–C2 Standard, OSHA 1910 Standards, TIA cabling standards, TIA data center standards, and BICSI TDMM and other manuals • Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future • Relocation is not available
