📋 Description

• Serve as subject matter expert for leave, disability, and accommodations programs • Manage end-to-end administration of FMLA, ADA, disability, and workers’ compensation leave programs • Ensure compliance with regional, local, and federal laws • Monitor and partner in employee support, including concierge and external vendor coordination • Resolve complex benefits issues and advise employees on benefit plan interpretation • Collaborate with senior management, IT, payroll, and change management teams • Support leave-of-absence workflows, including offboarding and reasonable accommodations • Conduct change management initiatives for significant benefits changes • Draft and promote benefits communications and update intranet pages, benefits guides, support platforms, and annual state communications • Analyze leave, disability, and accommodation data to identify trends and improve program effectiveness • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, content engagement, and process improvements • Maintain program budgets and review and approve vendor invoices • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies • Oversee business reporting, internal controls, data integrity, and financial accuracy • Manage auditing requirements related to disability program processes • Assume responsibility for other related benefit programs, including life, disability, and survivor support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, specializing in leave, disability, and accommodations • In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, and regional/state-specific leave laws • Ability to manage relationships with third-party vendors and external partners • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn and efficiently use online vendor portals and benefits administration systems • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday and case management tools • Professional certification such as CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP preferred • Experience managing benefits programs in a large, multinational technology organization preferred • Experience leading process improvement initiatives for complex HR programs preferred • Experience with disability plans and workers’ compensation coordination preferred • Demonstrated application of AI technologies to optimize HR workflows preferred
