📋 Description

• Assist clients in building calendars and financial consoles in their CTMS and making strategic decisions • Assist clients in negotiating clinical trial budgets and implementing related strategies • Manage post-award clinical trial finances • Provide regulatory support, including IRB submissions • Develop relationships with client staff • Demonstrate subject matter expertise related to major business functions • Lead consulting and client personnel in identifying, quantifying, and implementing strategic recommendations • Lead development and implementation of surveys, interview questionnaires, and client presentation deliverables • Lead team efforts to develop solutions to client challenges • Support new business development • Communicate effectively with varied audiences, including C-suite client leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • Experience working with research institutions within clinical trials • Ability to work collaboratively in a project team • Ability to stay current in certifications, training, and industry trends and practices • Entrepreneurial approach to improving the organization • Ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations, and strengths and pursue developmental activities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Presentation experience • Experience managing and leading teams • Experience building calendars and financials in OnCore or other clinical trial management systems (CTMS), budget negotiation, regulatory support, and clinical trial post-award management (desired) • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients (desired)
