📋 Description

• Support continued growth through nCino engagements • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, business requirements, and user needs • Independently formulate and implement complex systems and solutions aligned with client business strategies • Conduct meetings and prepare business process documentation • Perform process flow analysis and technology-enabled process improvement/redesign • Define requirements, develop data models, and create detailed functional designs • Lead specific portions of projects or manage own engagements • Work individually and with Coastal and client team members to achieve customer success • Take direction while showing initiative and leadership when appropriate • Exercise independent judgment on small and medium-sized client engagements or lead key components of larger projects • Perform Salesforce.com administration, configuration, data migration, and integration duties as directed • Facilitate meetings and support brainstorming and consensus building • Seek opportunities to develop professional skills

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of work experience in the field • At least 1 year of consulting experience • Hands-on experience with nCino • Minimum of an active Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certification required • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to discuss the benefits of a Software as a Service (SaaS) model • Basic knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM or ERP • Ability to learn quickly and think creatively • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Technical Background / Degree Program preferred • Business Process • Process Flow Analysis • Requirements Definition • Configuration Workbook • Data Models • Detailed Functional Design • Project Plan • Ability to travel with client or project team as needed • Ability to achieve one technical certification each quarter as specified by immediate supervisor/manager
