📋 Description

• Provide technical knowledge across projects from requirements gathering through production rollout • Interpret, create, install, configure, and test software programs for business applications • Develop OnBase solutions for document capture, document storage, workflow, and other OnBase areas • Write and maintain documentation covering program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections • Participate in internal design reviews of Functional Specifications • Create test transactions and run tests to identify errors and verify specifications • Provide technical assistance for program errors, problems, and questions • Analyze customer requests and determine functional specifications • Confer with system users to clarify objectives and assess service feasibility • Consult with clients to understand functions to automate, needs, objectives, features, and input/output requirements • Research and evaluate software and hardware for programming or platform use

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and expertise • Minimum 2 years developing, analyzing, and documenting software applications • Minimum 1 year of OnBase experience • Understanding of system architecture, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies, scanning, quality control, workflow, databases, and interfaces • Experience with imaging, document management, content management, and OCR technology is a strong plus • Experience with OnBase or capture and workflow solutions such as FileNet, Documentum, OpenText, Kofax, or AnyDoc is preferred • .NET programming experience preferred • Experience with N-tier web-based applications using C# and ASP.NET preferred • Ability to extend web applications using HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and/or AJAX preferred • Microsoft, imaging, or ECM certifications are a plus • Not currently recruiting from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, Washington, or New York
