📋 Description

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of veterinary partnerships • Conduct regular customer visits, strategic business reviews and service consultations • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships • Understand each customer's business and recommend solutions supporting their success • Partner with Business Development Managers to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers • Build and maintain customer activity using CRM technology • Achieve or exceed customer retention, revenue growth and activity objectives • Represent Gateway at veterinary conferences, networking events and industry trade shows • Manage the assigned territory with autonomy while collaborating with sales and operations professionals

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of account management, customer success or consultative B2B sales experience • Proven success building and growing long-term customer relationships • Experience managing a geographic sales territory • Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms • Veterinary, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or related industry experience is an asset • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory • Approximately 80–90% travel throughout the assigned territory • Occasional evening or weekend work for conferences and industry events • New employees must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check
