📋 Description

• Serve as a primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation process for Socure's core identity verification products • Understand client needs and match them to solutions using Socure's products • Collaborate with Sales on business development, product and solution presentations, statements of work, and pricing • Collaborate with Data Science on Proof-of-Concept design and execution • Tailor strategies and recommendations for prospective clients using industry and domain expertise • Partner with Product Development to surface client feedback and funnel product innovation concepts to product managers • Contribute thought leadership with Product Marketing through blogs, whitepapers, research briefs, webinars, and more • Translate between technical and non-technical audiences internally and externally • Support stakeholder meetings to align resources and prioritize projects for business results • Serve as a day-to-day technical resource for sales-related external and internal projects and engagements, supporting direct field sales and channel sales teams • Mentor junior members of the Solution Consulting team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, engineering, math, economics, statistics, computer science or other relevant field preferred • 8+ years of professional work experience in professional services consulting, customer management, or sales engineering • Experience supporting enterprise-level engagements involving analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders • Prior experience or knowledge of SaaS sales processes • Ability to synthesize complex statistical observations into clear results and concrete recommendations, verbally and in writing • Skilled at building and delivering presentations with clear, complete messages • Strong technical aptitude, including ML/DS technologies, SDLCs, RESTful APIs, and RDBMS • Up to 30% travel • Prior experience in financial services or wireless industries is a plus • Prior experience conducting credit/fraud risk management analysis, threshold optimization, and swap sets is a plus • Prior experience with document image capture or OCR/CV tools is a plus • Prior knowledge of FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, PATRIOT Act, BSA, and other banking regulations is a plus
