📋 Description

• Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information and operations systems for clients • Conduct analysis of client business processes and functional requirements • Prepare documentation to communicate and validate business and functional information • Analyze data and evaluate application products to recommend efficient, cost-effective solutions • Document functional requirements, workflow, and system specifications • Identify system integration points and make recommendations • Deliver projects within defined areas at or ahead of schedule and within budget • Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations • Support clients during system testing and product acceptance phases • Assist sales with estimates, proposals, demonstrations, and pre-sales requests • Manage and support existing client relationships and product installations • Handle client questions, solve problems, write reports, and perform upgrades • Promote value billing and efficiency in service delivery • Develop Sage X3 subject matter expertise and serve as an escalation point for implementation issues • Perform gap analysis and recommend customization, third-party products, process changes, or industry best practices • Complete required training and development on product versions, updates, and changes • Maintain technical and industry-specific knowledge and follow industry trends • Share knowledge with peers, managers, clients, partners, and stakeholders • Raise critical issues and suggest process improvements • Build positive relationships and ensure effective communication and client satisfaction • Participate in client interactions to share knowledge and maximize customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance or equivalent work experience required • Advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of Sage X3 ERP implementation or implementation of similar ERP solutions (Epicor, Infor, Syspro, Chempax, Workday, ProcessPRO, MS Dynamics) • Experience implementing ERP solutions within Distribution Manufacturing • Experience working with Bills of Materials, scheduling, Shipping, EDI Integrations, etc. • A consulting background with a record of delivering complex software solutions within defined timeframes and budgets • Strong business expertise and understanding of business needs • Ability to ensure technical solutions, strategies, and practices deliver business and customer value • Experience translating business requirements into solution specifications • Experience leading requirements definition and design sessions using interviews, surveys, user workshops, product/prototype demos, etc. • Successful track record of delivering on agreed-upon business objectives and performance on key metrics • Ability to effectively document business and technical designs • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Strong relationship and social skills with the ability to build and manage a strategic external industry network • Minimum 50% travel to client locations in the US
