📋 Description

• Understand customers’ business performance challenges and help solve complex supply chain management issues • Provide expert guidance integrating Kinaxis product offerings • Act as functional lead on projects during deployment of Maestro supply chain software • Lead business requirements discovery sessions for advanced, multi-phase implementations • Partner with Solution Architects on process design and technical direction for complex configurations • Execute advanced product configurations according to customer needs and approved solution architecture • Serve as first-level escalation point for complex configuration issues • Apply mathematical models, optimization techniques, and AI algorithms to supply chain planning scenarios • Validate and test solutions, capture user feedback, and develop recommendations for escalations, roadblocks, and documentation • Lead complex deployment workshops and train customers on configured solutions • Provide technical leadership to Associate, Entry, and Intermediate Solution Consultants • Guide and mentor junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of in-depth experience in software implementation or deployment within supply chain planning or supply chain execution, or business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a functional leadership capacity for system configuration or system deployments • 2 to 3 years’ experience in business process design for supply chain software implementations • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Initiative and ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment • Proven leadership skills within a team and successful track record with customers and executive sponsors • Ability to work in a collaborative matrixed environment with multiple team members • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing • Advanced knowledge and hands-on application of supply chain best practices related to forecasting, MRP, Constraint Management, and Production Scheduling • Ability to lead complex business requirements gathering sessions with customers and system end users • Experience with supply chain processes and manufacturing planning solutions such as Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder • Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript • Open to travel 25% on average and 50% occasionally • Ability to work effectively remotely from client sites
