📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Understand client travel policies and consistently provide consultation • Fulfill requests regarding regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas • Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Travel Agent experience • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs • Must be based in the United States or Canada
