📋 Description

• Independently lead installation of tools and analysis of operational data supporting Delivery Acceleration and Insurance Product departments • Serve as the Agility subject matter expert for Insurance Product • Implement standards for Agility tool utilization across teams • Use Fabric and AI skills to extract data, create productivity metrics, executive-ready narratives, and scorecard views • Support strategic initiatives and teams not using the Agility platform • Research, recommend, and implement tools for planning, prioritization sequencing, intake, reporting, delivery tracking, and operating processes • Support Delivery Acceleration prioritization by connecting tool data, delivery progress, dependencies, and risks to business outcomes and leadership decisions • Partner with business architecture, digital product technology, and operations to gather input, validate direction, refine standards, improve consistency, and build adoption • Lead simplification, reuse, standardization, automation, and scaling opportunities across tools, reporting routines, and operational processes • Build relationships with business and technology partners and influence through clear communication and structured recommendations • Independently manage highly complex work with minimal direction • Apply systems thinking to improve data quality, delivery discipline, and alignment of tools and processes with business outcomes, risks, and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Data analysis, Fabric, and AI skills • Experience/knowledge of Agility tools and Agile methodology • Ability to use data to measure productivity, cycle time, throughput, outcomes, adoption, and value realization • Ability to create productivity metrics, executive-ready narratives, and scorecard views • Background investigation required • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
