📋 Description

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Lead product discovery, problem definition, and outcome alignment with stakeholders • Translate complex compensation rules into clear product features and user stories • Partner with Engineering to deliver iterative, high-quality solutions • Own product health, accuracy, and adoption metrics • Navigate trade-offs and prioritization in a highly regulated, time-sensitive domain • Champion Human‑Centered Design and modern digital experience patterns • Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and deliver within a broader ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product management experience • Experience as a Digital Product Manager owning end-to-end product delivery • Strong ability to bridge strategy and execution (big picture + detailed delivery) • Proven experience in: Product discovery and roadmap development • Agile delivery, backlog management, and story writing agile frameworks (XP, Scrum) and product‑ownership best practices • Understanding of product–platform–API integration patterns • Root‑cause analysis and data‑driven decision‑making capability • Stakeholder facilitation and cross-functional alignment • Technical fluency (APIs, data flows, system interactions) with ability to partner effectively with engineering • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to define and measure outcomes
