📋 Description

• Define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of one or more products in Allstate's growing portfolio • Support strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog • Measure and communicate results; make recommendations to leaders • Participate in discovery/test & learn activities to validate assumptions • Own the product backlog and provide timely feedback on development iterations • Be an expert facilitator of digital product inceptions

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience conducting product scoping, discovery, owning and managing a backlog in an Agile environment • A minimum of 1 year experience delivering features for digital products with user focused design • Proven experience working daily with software engineering teams • Demonstrated ownership of breaking down product features into user stories with defined acceptance criteria • Experience delivering product work within a multi-team or enterprise-scale technology environment • Experience working within a claims, insurance, or regulated domain is desirable • Experience applying emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML) to define or deliver product enhancements
