📋 Description

• Own key parts of MinIO's AI product line, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and field sales enablement • Define AI growth strategy, including target markets, buyers, competitive approach, and sequencing of investments • Engage inference platform teams, data platform leads, and strategic buyers; participate in strategic deals • Run win/loss analysis and feed customer insights into product strategy • Partner with Marketing on AI positioning, narratives, publications, and buyer experience • Build sales enablement assets and support important deals • Develop pricing and packaging for MinIO portfolio products and AI and Analytics motions • Monitor AI training and inference competitive landscapes and shape differentiation • Develop partner go-to-market strategies for the AI ecosystem • Influence product direction through customer signals, pipeline data, and competitive insight • Collaborate closely with engineering, Marketing, and Field teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers • Demonstrated fluency in modern AI and analytics stacks, including how training and inference pipelines consume storage, key tradeoffs, and how data platform teams make build/buy decisions • Track record of working closely with field teams on real revenue, including participating in deals and building seller-used enablement • Partnership with marketing on crafting compelling narratives and presenting at external conferences and webinars • Strong analytical instincts and data-driven hypothesis testing • Ability to write clearly and think rigorously in writing • Excellent partnership with engineering and technical credibility in prioritization • Experience owning or co-owning pricing and packaging decisions is a plus • Background in storage, analytics, databases, or data infrastructure • Experience as an AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in the data infrastructure stack is welcomed • Experience with open-source-adjacent commercial products and their GTM motions • Prior experience at a high-growth infrastructure company
