📋 Description

• Report to the Head of Product • Define product strategy for ambiguous, high-impact areas • Make prioritization decisions based on customer insight, product quality, business impact, and technical feasibility • Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from diagnosis through shipment • Use the product as a real user to identify issues before customers do • Co-own metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and expansion • Lead discovery across users, customers, CX, Sales, and internal teams • Convert qualitative feedback, product usage data, and market context into product decisions • Partner cross-functionally to navigate tradeoffs, create alignment, and ship impactful work • Ensure consistent product look and feel and value for different user groups • Produce clear written thinking for the team • Raise the standard of product thinking through example

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product, with at least a few years operating at this level of scope and ambiguity • Senior individual-contributor product experience at a product-led company • Understanding of product-led growth, including activation, onboarding, retention, and revenue levers • Strong product judgment • Comfort discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers • Familiarity with developer tools and AI products is a plus • Ability to work with urgency and take ownership without extensive structure • Strong verbal and written English communication skills required • Frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers in English • College degree is not required • Ability to work remotely outside the U.S.; the team is remote-friendly
