📋 Description

• Meet customers at their homes, repair shops, and tow yards as part of the claims process • Write estimates and guide customers through repair or total loss processes • Perform in-person visits, virtual inspections, and written customer communications • Collaborate with body shops and service providers • Investigate casualty and applicable line-of-business claims through detailed damage reviews and policy interpretation • Communicate with customers by phone, email, and video chat while providing claim updates • Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants • Use estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms to resolve claims • Maintain accurate and timely claim records in the claims system • Perform other related duties as assigned and maintain regular, predictable attendance

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ months’ experience in auto collision estimating using CCC One • High School Diploma or GED • Proficient written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to write precise, comprehensive estimates • Comfortable utilizing technology and various platforms for claims processing • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel as part of the job requirements • Must be located in Creve Coeur, MO • Adjuster’s licenses in multiple markets may be required as a condition of employment and must be obtained within 60 days of hire • Must maintain all required licenses, continuing education, and state-affiliated renewal requirements • Background investigation required • Not available for residents of Washington, California, Alaska, and Hawaii • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • For work from home, dedicated private workspace, appropriate desk and seating, and reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload are required
