• Creating or auditing comprehensive estimates of damages for material damage claims. • Training, mentoring, and providing technical assistance on material damage claims. • Evaluating settlement alternatives and negotiating settlements.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in field-based auto damage estimating. • Deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company. • Ability to negotiate settlements and evaluate settlement alternatives. • Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills.
