📋 Description
• Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims. • Acts as a peer mentor having mastered company processes. • Works directly with repair facilities and customers by completing on-site estimates and vehicle appraisals. • Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments, and documents all activities in complex files. • Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding. • Must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. • Applicants seeking an adjuster role must formally surrender their resident producer license when instructed to by the licensing team.
