📋 Description

• Travel throughout the Atlanta market to inspect property damages. • Investigate coverage, prepare estimates, negotiate settlements, and guide customers through the claims process. • Evaluate damages related to weather, water, wind, and other property losses while providing a seamless customer experience. • Work independently while collaborating closely with your leadership team, peers, contractors, vendors, and customers. • Manage your own schedule and daily routing while maintaining customer commitments and business expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside near Atlanta, GA. • Possesses a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company. • Possesses strong estimating fundamentals in order to create or audit estimates of damages on 1st party homeowners' losses with complexity. • Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers across multiple lines. • Evaluates settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices; makes decisions on best option. • Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files across multiple lines. • As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment.
