📋 Description
• Identify and monitor subrogation inputs and collections • Identify new subrogation opportunities and refer to subrogation unit • Implement procedures and monitor subrogation reimbursements • Provide work guidance and direction to team members • Deliver compassionate service to ensure customer retention • Work independently and manage workload effectively
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of Homeowner’s Property claim handling, settling, adjusting/evaluating experience required • Homeowners Property claim subrogation experience, a plus
