📋 Description
• Travel to customer’s home to inspect large loss contents claims. • Handle escalated claims files that have complex contents. • Conduct a thorough coverage investigation of the loss. • Communicate empathetically with customers to help them through their claim process. • Negotiate claim settlements according to business unit standards. • Use data and analytics to influence decision making.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience using estimating software like Xactimate for complex contents estimating. • 3+ years of experience handling large loss property contents. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Clear and professional communication – both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently from home. • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
