📋 Description
• Provide exceptional service to policyholders and conduct on-site inspections. • Investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly. • Handle virtual claims countrywide using various platforms and software like Xactimate. • Negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers. • Maintain accurate documentation and protect the company financially.
🎯 Requirements
• 4 years’ previous experience as an outside adjuster is highly desired. • Experience handling claims with multiple trades and over $100,000 in losses. • Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for estimating. • Strong critical thinking and technical skills to assess damages accurately and expedite claims settlements. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirements.
