📋 Description

• Assist with monitoring and analyzing property performance metrics such as occupancy rates, rent collections, operating expenses, and capital needs • Conduct property reviews and support regular evaluations to identify opportunities or risks • Support routine property inspections and ensure alignment with operational strategies • Assist in managing budgets, financial planning, and analyses to align with portfolio goals • Collaborate with team members to optimize Net Operating Income (NOI) • Provide assistance in preparing financial reports, audits, and compliance submissions • Help ensure properties comply with HUD, LIHTC, and other federal, state, and local requirements • Identify and assist in mitigating risks, including physical, financial, and regulatory challenges • Partner with AVP and property managers to execute operational strategies • Assist Development and Acquisitions teams with seamless property onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred • At least 3-4 years of experience in real estate, property management, or asset management, preferably in affordable housing • Understanding of affordable housing regulations, HUD, LIHTC • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented with a proactive, results-focused mindset
