📋 Description

• Grant settlement authority on highly complex claims valued above Market Claim Office and Regional Claim Office limits • Provide recommendations on trial requests for cases exceeding Market Claim Office authority • Provide general oversight of large losses for designated CSAs • Provide discretionary referrals on coverage issues, opinions, and research • Approve Closed Without Payment requests where liability is disputed and value exceeds Field authority • Perform file reviews for complex projects and litigation cases • Analyze data and report findings • Review cases to determine whether Closed Without Payment is appropriate • Support the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues • Engage Home Office Claim litigation for involvement and direction as needed • Review coverage, liability, and damages on highly complex cases • Collaborate with Field leadership on next steps and feedback • Share experience and trends with Frontline Performance Experts, Frontline Performance Leaders, and Claim Process Specialists • Work with Product, Protection, Law, and Claims on new products • Develop Claim Bulletins covering new forms and endorsements affecting claim handling practices • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling large loss claims • Ability to evaluate complex exposures • Ability to investigate liability • Ability to manage claims through resolution • Experience handling severe injury claims • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders • Ability to make sound claim decisions in a fast-paced environment • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
