📋 Description

• Lead ServiceNow IRM and Risk Consulting engagements from discovery and planning through implementation, deployment, adoption, and post-production transition • Understand client objectives, governance structures, regulatory obligations, operating models, risks, and program maturity to guide engagement strategy and delivery • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, assessments, design workshops, executive steering committees, project-status discussions, and governance meetings • Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, SOWs, contractual commitments, budgets, schedules, and Templar Shield quality standards • Manage delivery risks, scope changes, dependencies, and escalations while communicating with client executives, project sponsors, delivery teams, and leadership • Advise clients on governance, risk, compliance, internal audit, policy management, third-party risk, business continuity, and operational resilience • Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into ServiceNow IRM strategies, maturity assessments, implementation roadmaps, future-state operating models, and measurable outcomes • Provide delivery oversight while Architects lead solution architecture and technical design • Guide development of governance structures, risk taxonomies, control frameworks, assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, audit practices, issue management, and remediation programs • Review solution designs, process flows, workflows, integrations, dashboards, reporting strategies, implementation plans, and AI-enabled capabilities • Lead, mentor, and develop Architects and consulting team members through coaching, feedback, career development, and professional growth planning • Coordinate resource planning, staffing, workload allocation, and team assignments • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and retention activities • Monitor engagement financials, budgets, utilization, resource capacity, schedules, delivery performance, contractual commitments, and client satisfaction • Establish and monitor engagement metrics, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and support project governance, reporting, forecasting, documentation, and delivery controls • Communicate engagement performance, significant risks, resource needs, and client concerns to the Director • Support business development, account growth, pre-sales discovery, solution demonstrations, proposals, estimates, staffing plans, SOWs, RFP responses, and follow-on opportunities • Strengthen the Risk Consulting practice through service offerings, methodologies, accelerators, demonstrations, templates, training materials, reusable assets, thought leadership, webinars, conferences, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow, governance, risk, compliance, audit, resilience, cybersecurity, or enterprise consulting services • 3+ years of experience leading and developing consulting teams, managing client engagements, or serving in a Manager, Senior Consultant, Architect, or comparable delivery-leadership role • Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow IRM implementations or governance, risk, compliance, audit, third-party risk, business continuity, or operational resilience initiatives • Experience managing multiple client engagements or workstreams, including project teams, scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, assessments, solution reviews, executive presentations, and governance meetings • Strong understanding of governance, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, internal controls, policy management, audit, issue management, and remediation processes • Experience translating business, regulatory, and operational requirements into implementation strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and scalable ServiceNow solutions • Experience developing proposals, estimates, staffing plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders and geographically distributed teams • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client and business needs • Preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Risk and Compliance, Certified Application Developer (CAD), or comparable ServiceNow certification • Preferred: Professional certification in risk, audit, security, business continuity, privacy, compliance, or project management, such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CRCM, or PMP • Preferred: Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow IRM capabilities, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, or Issues Management • Preferred: Experience conducting IRM maturity assessments, developing multiyear roadmaps, designing governance programs or future-state operating models, and developing reusable consulting methodologies and accelerators • Preferred: Familiarity with regulatory and control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, COSO, COBIT, PCI DSS, HIPAA, FFIEC, or CIS Controls • Preferred: Experience supporting regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, energy, utilities, technology, telecommunications, or the public sector • Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow data migrations, integrations, reporting strategies, platform governance, enterprise implementation planning, and related ServiceNow capabilities such as SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Privacy Management, ServiceNow Otto, AI Control Tower, or other AI-enabled workflow capabilities • Preferred: Exposure to related ServiceNow capabilities such as Security Operations, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Configuration Management Database, Privacy Management, or third-party governance and risk platforms
