• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, risk frameworks, templates, and best practices across the program • Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations, Cost Risk Assessments, and Schedule Risk Assessments • Analyze project schedules, critical path risks, schedule uncertainty, and opportunities for improvement • Perform root cause analysis on significant risk events, schedule impacts, and recurring program issues • Support program-wide risk governance, risk processes, reporting, and controls across multiple projects • Monitor risk exposure and remaining risk budget • Lead risk workshops at construction kickoff and facilitate workshops with contractors, engineering, construction, commissioning, procurement, and project controls stakeholders • Maintain and regularly update project risk registers • Undertake end-to-end project risk management across multiple projects and programs • Create risk management plans and processes aligned with client requirements and frameworks • Conduct regular risk reviews, develop response plans, and monitor and report project and program risk profiles • Track mitigation actions, assign owners, and monitor progress through closure • Integrate risk management with cost and schedule management, change control, and reporting • Collaborate with program and project controls teams to eliminate redundancies and identify improvements • Create value stream mapping to quantify pain points and develop solutions to minimize waste • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities
• College Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture • Experience working in project management on large-scale construction programs • Experience in design, architecture, or civil works • Solid working proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
