📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limits of authority • Apply understanding of company insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships • Investigate most aspects of auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages, with limited discretion • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims when handled • Recognize vehicle body parts and understand potential property damage • Identify and meet customer needs using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Manage end-to-end claims ownership and deliver a high level of service to policyholders • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Material Damage (MD) Claims Adjuster • Preferably located in the CST time zones • Experience with end-to-end claims ownership, liability assessment, and coverage investigation • Exceptional communication skills • Strong customer service orientation • Keen attention to detail • Metrics-driven mindset with ability to meet performance goals • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
