📋 Description

• Analyze and resolve complex commission-related issues • Support commission processing and lead projects driving accurate payment distribution and reporting • Maintain and enhance commission systems • Develop and test solutions • Manage databases and create automation tools • Generate custom reports supporting business needs • Provide guidance and work direction to commission team members • Conduct quality audits, reporting reviews, and process validation activities • Identify training and development opportunities and provide coaching and performance feedback • Maintain departmental policies and procedures and recommend process improvements • Manage escalated inquiries, perform error corrections and reprocessing, and establish preventive controls • Monitor team workloads, prioritize assignments, and distribute work • Support and oversee internal controls, compliance requirements, audit activities, and financial reporting processes • Develop and maintain complex reports, analyze commission data and trends, validate data accuracy, and provide actionable insights • Use advanced Microsoft Excel to analyze datasets, create formulas and pivot tables, troubleshoot reporting issues, and support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables • Experience analyzing large datasets and creating complex reports • Experience with commission systems, databases, automation tools, system testing, and project testing • Knowledge of compliance requirements, financial analysis, quality validation, reporting, and workflow administration • Successful completion of a background investigation • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions and appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
