📋 Description

• Contribute to product vision, discovery, roadmaps, and backlog • Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes • Conduct market research on customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends • Gather and prioritize feature requests from stakeholders and customers • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback with data analysts • Support product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing coordination, and product releases • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams • Work closely with Product Managers and participate in Arity's learning culture

🎯 Requirements

• Target start date: May/June 2027 • Rising Junior/Senior student • Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards taking initiative and action • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
