📋 Description

• Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements • Ensure the portfolio of products is horizontally aligned and meeting product goals • Collaborate with stakeholders to define intended outcomes and understand user needs • Advocate for and design seamless user experiences from concept through execution • Use raw data to derive meaningful and actionable insights that influence product direction • Participate in architecture, UX, business, design, analytical, and retrospective discussions • Partner with technical and non-technical teammates to define product goals • Innovate and problem-solve using new modeling techniques or tools • Work collaboratively with team members toward shared strategy and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building products • 1+ years working in Google AI, Azure Cognitive Services, or AWS Machine Learning, with hands-on experience • Experience integrating Generative AI into products • Experience executing and scaling products with Generative AI/Agentic AI is a plus • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including iterations, point systems, and refinements • Comfort operating in an agile environment with ambiguity • Ability to navigate complex data landscapes and leverage insights for product decisions • Ability to independently analyze and query data to find insights and understand patterns • Working knowledge of SQL and some coding skills in Python would be a plus • Experience with Agile Methodology, AWS, API Integration, AI, Business Case Analyses, Digital Product Management, Microsoft Azure, Product Management, Product Roadmapping, Product Strategies, Python, Systems Thinking, and User Experience • Successful completion of a background investigation • Must meet work-from-home requirements: dedicated private workspace, appropriate desk and seating, and reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
