📋 Description

• Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements • Ensure the portfolio of products is aligned horizontally and meeting product goals • Collaborate with stakeholders to define what needs to be true to meet intended outcomes • Develop a deep understanding of user needs • Advocate for and design seamless user experiences from concept to execution • Execute strategic product vision and turn it into tangible stories, designs, or code • Derive meaningful and actionable insights from raw data to influence product direction • Participate in architecture, UX, business, design, analytical, and retrospective discussions • Partner closely with technical and non-technical teammates to define product goals • Collaborate with team members to execute shared strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building products • Extensive track record of execution • 1+ years working in Google AI, Azure Cognitive Services, or AWS Machine Learning, with hands-on experience • Experience integrating Generative AI into products • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including iterations, point systems, and refinements • Comfort operating in an agile environment with ambiguity • Ability to navigate complex data landscapes and leverage insights for product decisions • Ability to independently analyze and query data to find insights and understand patterns • Working knowledge of SQL • Some coding skills in Python would be a plus • Experience executing and scaling products with Generative AI/Agentic AI is a plus • Background investigation required • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions, appropriate desk and seating, and reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
